A XVII th century palace, now private property, overlooking the Grand Canal, with wonderful stucco works and frescoes on the first floor “piano nobile” is the ideal place for a wedding party or any other event. Casanova, Lord Byron and Foscolo one of the best italian poets were among the famous guests in the Palace.

Gala dinner in the room of the Ridotto at the Hotel Monaco and Grand Canal.

The special events that took place here have ensured to this venue a main role in the venetian history. Here was unravelled the colourful life of the first Casino known throughout the world. Today the “Ridotto” is transformed in a multifunctional space with a ballroom surrounded by eight additional meeting rooms, all of which benefit of natural light and the inclusion of the latest technology.
